HOW IT WORKS
OUR MOLD REMEDIATION PROCESS
Proper mold remediation is more than spraying bleach. It requires containment, negative air pressure, HEPA filtration, and treatment of the source — otherwise mold returns.

INSPECTION & TESTING
We identify all mold-affected areas using visual inspection and, where needed, air and surface sampling.

CONTAINMENT SETUP
Plastic sheeting and negative air pressure prevent mold spores from spreading to unaffected areas during removal.

HEPA FILTRATION
Air scrubbers with HEPA filters capture airborne spores throughout the remediation process.

SAFE REMOVAL
Affected materials are removed and properly disposed of following IICRC standards.

ANTI-MICROBIAL TREATMENT
We apply EPA-registered anti-microbial agents to treated surfaces to inhibit future growth.
06
POST-REMEDIATION CLEARANCE
A final inspection confirms mold levels are within acceptable limits before we close the job.
